I am the co-founder of a top ranked Chinese restaurant in Vancouver. As one of the starting member that mainly focused on managing & marketing, our gross revenue have successfully exceeds 10 million Canadian dollars yearly after establishing ourselves in the Vancouver area. Furthermore, The Fish Man has been named the 2nd best Chinese restaurant in Vancouver, by the Chinese Restaurant Awards at 2022. It has also been nominated as the Best Chinese Restaurant in 2023 by Vancouver Magazine, as well as been admitted to Maclean’s Magazine “Canada’s Best Place to Eat” at 2023.
Communication between Business to Business(B2B), Business to Consumer(B2C) and to Employees
I operate two takeout platform software called Uber Eats and Fantuan, manage meals on the platform, control prices, create pictures, create marketing activities and track market data, and regularly analyze the data to make improvements.
As for in-store sales, I am responsible for creating menus, setting prices, and doing cost accounting. In daily operations, I am responsible for ordering food for customers and guiding them to increase consumption.
Reasonably arrange the positions each employee is responsible for, leverage their strengths and avoid potential risks caused by their shortcomings in advance.
